Where Can Attachments Be Uploaded in Kindling?
Attachments can be added to Ideas, Posts, and Comments that you submit to Kindling.
How Do I Attach Documents in Kindling?
Documents can be attached to Ideas, Posts, and Comments. Simply click the “browse” button that appears below the description field or comment, and select the document that you wish to attach. You may repeat this process to attach multiple documents.
How do I add attachments from my phone?
Adding attachments from a mobile device, such as an iPhone or Android device, is easy, and very similar to adding attachments on the desktop. Scroll to the bottom of the description area and tap “Choose File”.
Depending on your device, you may be prompted to either upload an image from your phone or take a picture with the phone's camera.
Kindling automatically detects the type of file being uploaded, as well as the orientation of the photograph. It'll show you a preview of how the final Idea will look.
If your phone supports it, you can also upload files from your phone (this is mainly Android devices; iOS does not support general file uploading). Once you‘re done, submit the Idea and your attachments will all display at the bottom.
How Are Attachments Displayed in Kindling?
Attachments appear below the Idea/Post description or comment. Images will be displayed inline, while video will, after a short wait, be available to play back within the browser. All other attachments appear as clickable icons with the name of the attachment alongside it.

Do You Scan Attachments for Harmful Content?
What Is the Limit on the Size of Attachments that Can Be Uploaded?
The default size limit for individual uploads is 150 mb. This limit can be adjusted at the request of your Kindling administrator up to 500 mb or down to whatever size makes sense for your organization.
