Kindlingapp.com uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware,
software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Kindling. Although Kindling owns the
code, databases, and all rights to the Kindling application, you retain all rights to your data.

To use the full range of Kindlingapp.com services, the Site collects contact information and billing
information, including first and last name, email address, phone number and credit card details.

Users may contact the Site, as well as update contact and billing information themselves in their own
Kindling instance under the “Admin” section or email kindling@arc90.com with changes.

Sharing Your Data

Kindling will never share your information with third parties for promotional use unless we receive your consent.
Employees of Kindling or approved contractors or resellers have access to personally identifiable
customer information. All employees, contractors, and resellers are legally bound to uphold this policy and
observe your right to privacy and confidentiality. We restrict access to personal information to Kindling
employees, contractors and agents such as third party credit card processors who need to know that
information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by

partners. Unless specifically offered as a feature of a pay package, Kindling will store your data in
unencrypted form.

Contact and billing information is only used by Service Providers in regard to billing or web
analytics.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we
believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court
order, or legal process served on our Web site.

If you use a bulletin board, blog, or chat room on this Web site, you should be aware that any
personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these
forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally

Email Communications

Kindling reserves the right to email account holders for accounting or billing information, maintenance
or critical notifications or in response to any inquiries by you. Occasional newsletters may be sent to
account holders highlighting recent news about Kindling as well. You may opt out of receiving all e-mail
communications from Kindling by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ option at the bottom of these emails.

Account holders will enter third party email addresses to invite new users to their Kindling instance.
We will automatically send these users a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. Kindling
stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.
